Acceptance of Terms

By using FIO Hospital services or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

All treatment decisions are made by licensed ophthalmologists based on clinical assessment.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Missed appointments without 24-hour notice may incur a cancellation fee.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major debit/credit cards.
